The officers of the congregation shall include a moderator, clerk, treasurer, financial secretary and Church School superintendent. They shall be members of the church, elected at the same time as the election of new board members for a three-year term and may succeed themselves for one additional three-year term. To prevent office terms from expiring simultaneously, three-year terms will be calculated as beginning in the year listed under the description of each officer’s duties. If any of these offices is vacated, the Nominating Committee shall recommend a replacement for confirmation by the General Committee to serve until the next regular election of officers.
